Our Policy
Our highly trained technicians provide professional color results using the best products available. For long lasting outstanding color results, how you treat your hair is important. We cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable home haircare and/or swim regularly. If you are not 100% satisfied with your hair please contact the salon within the first 7 days following your salon experience.
Cancellation Policy
At Fluid we value the time of all our clients as well as our stylists. To avoid a fee, we kindly ask that a minimum of 24hrs notice is given to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We send an SMS confirmation 48hrs prior and ask that you please respond. Please contact the salon direct to change or cancel an appointment and not via our social media channels. This will help to ensure we are able to give the best possible experience to all our clients and assist in the smooth running of our stylists' day.
